Correct me if I'm wrong, but wala ni sa Philippine laws...

    I know, that's why I specified it's in Texas.

On how Davao City crime is being handled, Duterte knows the Castle law is not present in the Philippine Constitution, that's why he's letting someone do it instead of you as a citizen.

according to my source. ma kiha jpon ka if maka pusil ka within your premises, but you can use the reason as self defense daw given na naa jud gidala ang person i.e. pusil or anything na makapatay.

The theme word here is " ARMED" or "POSES A THREAT", check my comment. A Texan farmer can shoot you if you enter his ranch and steal his horse, and authorities wouldn't touch or charge that farmer anything. Since you are a threat to his PROPERTY.

Now, if a 6 year old kid enters his ranch, then the farmer shoots, then this is the time makiha xa. Note the difference between the two scenarios. Which poses the threat. Inana ka vague ang law sa US, so ikaw nlang ang maginterpret.

I would praise a leader who maintain peacefullness in his city, by not using death squads or other vigilantes. This goes through all the cities in our country. I don't care who you are, as long as you're killing a person, I am always against it.
    Mao ranang istoryaha dong...
