it wont happen sir.
never has been an incident like this ever happened.
1. only known notorious criminals with police records are targetted
2. the criminals are given warnings to change or leave davao or else. sometimes the criminal's name will be published in the local newspaper. this serves as a warning.
3. kung magsige gyapon pabadlong, diha na murag delikado ang criminal
4. wala pay nahitabo nga gipatay ang usa ka criminal sa sulod sa balay or sakyanan, always gyud nga naa sa kalsada na sila mahapla.
5. katong nauso ang mga gangs diri sa davao, the vigilantes/dds targetted only the gang leaders, the members were not touched.
6. tagsa tagsa ra ang target sa mga vigilantes/dds. wala pay nahitabo nga dinaghan ang ilang gi-target.
No matter how you sugar coat it, killing is a crime. Mura ra kag nag kaon og lami nga pagkaon pero gikan kinakawat. You're enjoying the peacefull neighborhood in exchange of the lives to those persons who were shot dead. If they can easily pinpoint those criminals, they can easily put them in jail. I would praise a leader who maintain peacefullness in his city, by not using death squads or other vigilantes. This goes through all the cities in our country. I don't care who you are, as long as you're killing a person, I am always against it.
Mao ni akong ge kamingawan sa Davao... Kay maayo pagdala ni Rody Project. Kung dako palang ko ug sweldo didto, I could have settled there.
Yes its true Scott. Davao is very peaceful and truly free. Majority respects the police and the local government. I hope Davao should become the example for all provinces in the country.
