Responsibilities:

•Handle voice calls (inbound/outbound), email communication and process business transactions as per desktop procedures
•Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
•Ensure that the quality of the call handling is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence Standards
•Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
•Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
•Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
•Follow Judgment Based Checklist


Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
•Must have strong communication skills (written / verbal)
•Must have at least 2 years or more call center experience, preferably in a financial account
•Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
•Must be willing to work in Cebu City
•Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence
•Can start on July 8, 2013
