If it's a very high paying keyword niche with low competition but volume search is below 500, is it worth to "build-up"?

Galibog lang jud ko ani master.
Kay naa man god ko'y nabasan diri sa iStorya sa a few months ago lang, iyang niche was cree led flashlight something.... Ako gi-check sa adwords, High competition, low search volume (1.3k global / 800 local) with CPC of $1.50 to $2 ang exact match. And he was earning $80+ a month daw.

I've been working on good keyword niches but i just couldn't hit it correctly.
Please enlighten me Master.

Ako gibuhat is ako naman lang gi-estime ang iya USD equivalent. Payts ra man.

"Search Volume" Boss Synthetic.
Ngita ka'g keyword or keywords with high search volume and at the same time, with low/medium competition.
Google AdWords ang ipagamit ni Master Maue ani. Exact match search must be ticked.

Sa ako nahinumduman from Master KingFlakes last time, at least 800 to 1000 man siguro to ang monthly local search, pwede na.
Ako pod gi-follow hangtod karon iya giingon, ako i-set daan nga ang monthly local is > 800 aron ma-filter ba.
Between CPC & Local search, mas mopabor ko sa local search.

Ako ra ning personal nga paagi Boss hap. I could have gotten things wrong though.
