Not really. A Palestinian terrorist who was pardoned went to a top university in Israel. He even refused to shake the hands of one of the school execs during graduation.

You know what was his course? Chemistry.

or am I wrong in deciphering some of the posts here. If I am correct what about the well educated Osama Bin Laden.

Great! Now he's got a degree for making bombs to kill people. What kind of a l*me a** university that accepts students with background in terrorism. This palestinian terrorist should be sent to Guantanamo for waterboarding...

the coming of the second Dark Ages ...
when people will cower in fear of their lives
and absurd religious laws trump over the bright ideas

or it may be the coming of another war
wherein Europe will be destroyed once again
by the incoming hordes from the East

Just another cycle in history of mankind.

    Qur'an 5:51:
O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people.
The "Christians" and the "Jews" mentioned in 5:51 doesn't mean Christians and Jews in general. One must read the entire chapter (or verses before and after at least) instead of cherry-picking like a lot of people like to do.

O you who have believed, take not those who have taken your religion in ridicule and amusement among the ones who were given the Scripture before you nor the disbelievers as allies. And fear Allah , if you should [truly] be believers. (5:57)

It's not extremism that we should be afraid of. It's ignorance.

    I have Muslim friends.
    I have a professor who's Muslim.
They are all cool, and peace-loving folks.

I am a Roman Catholic, but I really admire the Islam religion. Especially on how their faith is put into action.

I know Sharia Law is a good law just like any other good religious laws.

And just like the laws of men, its effectiveness is always based on how the leader of the Nation or Kingdom is using it - either for the greater good or for his own interest.

If and when Belgium would be subject to Sharia Law, let's just pray that the leader would use it for the greater good.
