MS Word - How to delete multiple lines?

Ok this is gonna sound stupid but I have to sort out a client list the previous secretary left for me >:/ ... now this list looks like this:

JDC General Merchandise
ADDRESS #1 village name, cebu city cebu
TEL (032) 123-4567
FAX (032) 123-4567
EMAIL juandelacruz@yahoo.com
CONTACT PERSON Juan Dela Cruz

My goal is basically to make it something like this:

JDC General Merchandise
EMAIL juandelacruz@yahoo.com
CONTACT PERSON Juan Dela Cruz

Here's the kicker... I have to sort 1500++ names. If I manually delete it, I'm fricking wasting my time. BUT she did tag them all... problems is when I used the Find+Replace function, it does this:

JDC General Merchandise
#1 village name, cebu city cebu
(032) 123-4567
(032) 123-4567
EMAIL juandelacruz@yahoo.com
CONTACT PERSON Juan Dela Cruz


It only deletes the ADDRESS, TEL and FAX tags...Not what I want. So if anyone has an easier method in doing this, I appreciate it very much. I only have today to do this and it's kinda irritating if mag manual type ko . Will update if I found a solution.

i copy-paste na sa excel.. then i-sort and address, tel ug fax.. then delete column.. then copy paste balik sa ms word..

Sorry for the late update. I maanged to fix it on my own... MANUALLY. Turns out I had to redo everything... but I commend gemini13 and 4s gadgets's help.
