I love dogs. I agree this is not right. Adult dogs already has build up thier love and loyalty with their existing owners.Selling them will only cause confusion & most likely will bring danger to their new masters.

I think there's no harm in selling/ giving away adult dogs or pets for that matter. However, it should be on the right lines. Like, the owner can't afford taking care of their pet/s or they have a child or a family member who just turned out to be allergic to them or you know, valid things like that. But the owner and the soon-to-be owner have to be responsible when passing on these animals.
You shouldn't be careless. For the owner-to-be, you have to make sure that you are 100% ready to face the responsibilities in handling your new pet. This is to avoid selling or passing on the pet again. You also have to make sure about the personality the animal has and the environment it came from, if it suits your lifestyle or not. Don't tell me a dog who previously used to run around everyday will be put in a cage for most of its days?
And to the original owner, if you really do love your pet and you're selling him for valid reasons then you should try your best to find the best home for him. Don't throw him into random hands. Respect your pet. Try asking the potential new owner if he/she has the right income to tend to your pet's needs or how many people are there in the house and are they ok with a new member; or if he or she has any other pets? You can also ask the potential new owner if you could have a look at the place where he lives. And check up on your dog from time to time even if you've found a new owner. Updates through photos or videos are totally fine.
It's not easy and some find it taboo but if it needs to be done, do it. Don't force it. That could be fatal.
Sa akong opinion lang sah, Try daw ninyo ask si CESAR MILLAN if naa ba syay iro niya sa iyang pack nga ibaligya. If naa ingna ko, kay mo luhod kos inyong atubangan. Selling an adult dog is like pag tung2x nmu og 15years old gi baligya ka sa imong mama. Huna2x.a ang sitwasyon nmu before ka mo kuha og iro, ready ba ka ma master, daddy, or leader.
Haha salamat bro. Matuod ra ba jd na. Bsan wa na bayad sa kurente og tubig, wa nay sud.an wa mn jd ko naka huna2 ibaligya sa iro. and to think dagko kay na akong mga iro. haha. kay nganu sah sa iro wa nakay pang bayad bills? di bya, bogo lng jd nang tao ibaligya ang iro.
