My blood pressure has been fluctuating from 130/90 - 140/90 and there was a time that I was so stressed because of law school that I reached 140 / 110.
The doctor has asked for laboratory checks and has advised me to go on a low -sodium, low salt diet and have an active lifestyle.
My question is the diet that I would make... my choices are quite limited and has been revolving around quaker oats , bananas, apples, carrots and yogurt... would want some protein into that and would ask in how many serving per day is ok.
The second question is.. I want to go to the gym and lower down my bp... but heck, im quite clueless about the gym and what to do there... mauwaw man sad ko kay im a lean guy and i dont know what to do. help... hehehe... and can i do an ab workout? hehehe
