Worst Callcenter at the moment?

naka work nako ug 9 call centers all around cebu..

and my top 3 worst call center goes to

3. eperformax - kung training paka your are only paid 300/day
2. eperformax - if naa naka sa production ang imung break kay unpaid.. so instead of the regular 9 hours work. 7 1/2 hours calls, 1/2 hour break and 1 hour lunch. sa Eperformax 9 1/2 gyud ka mu work.. meaning you are expected to be logged in avaya for a whole 8 hours.. diba govt mandated mana nga at least we are given 30 minutes break sa tanang company?
1. eperformax - OT TY.. kay matud pa nila mu sunod daw cla sa 48hours/week sa goverment.. WTF dili na gani mu mu hatag ug break inyo pa gyud pa trabaho.on ang empleyado ug OT. so kung trainee paka expect nalang gyud nga normal rana nga naa ka sa opisina for 11hours everday.. WAY TO GO EMAX FOR SUCKING SO MUCH!

Most of the agents in the company stay for more than two years cause you get a pay that will compensate the work youve done for the company. You get even more when you dont have attendance issues and when you perform well. You get to be promoted if youre qualified even if youre just newly deployed on the floor. I dont understand why you hate the company so much.

Sobrahan ka objective usahay ang tao mahimong hakog.

Ang ako experience is for year 2012 imbes magkatax refund ko worth mga 9K naholog nuon deficit for 9K pod. Sus intawn! Maayo nalang unta to palit pila ka sako bugas og maybe sando-short sa ako mga kids. Pero salamat sa HR/Accounting of Convergys Banawa utangan pa hinuon ko sa atong walay kwenta na gobyerno.

ang reason kay kinahanglan mo log-in naka 15 mins before sa imo scheduled shift if di ka ka log-in 15 mins before the shift starts late na ka.. kinahanglan mo log-out sad ka 15 mins after the shift kay kung mag-una ka log out undertime ka.. mag take pajud ka ug call/chat anang 15 mins after end sa imo shift.. hahaha.. if malate ka bsan 1 min 50% nalang sa daily rate imo makuha.. daily rate is 300+.. delay ang sweldo nya ang performance bonus di ihatag.. no other benefits gawas sa gov't mandated benefits
