hehe taasa ahhh..
I see. medyo complicated imu situation bro.
In your case, ang una jud nimu buhaton dapat kay magpatanaw.
You must make it sure that the doctor will consider you fit for work.
If not, then di ka dawaton diri sa Fluor due to health reasons, so ma-jobless ka kung magproceed ka resign.
Ani na lang:
Scenario 1. If you were found fit-for-work, report to Fluor HR, confirm your employment status and GO with the resignation.
Scenario 1A. You tender your resignation letter. now you have to comply for the MANDATORY 30 calendar days. if you cannot comply with the 30-days, worst case would be that your resignation will now be a termination, and the possibility of being black listed for being a bad employee.
Scenario 2. If you were found not-fit-for-work, report to Fluor HR, tell them your health status in details, and ask for advice.
you should have anticipated all this bro.
nagkacomplicate na nuon.
anyway, always update and report to HR on how to proceed.
ask for their guidance. ok?
yehey tnx God ok na jd ako medical...boss shryock naa bay clothing allowance?

Unfortunately, we dont have structural design experience and were nt so proficient with the design softwares so we dont want to take the risk of aplying for a design position. Now i know this is nt ur dept. but cn we apply for the procurement specialist post instead? And also, i hope u dont mind me asking, do u know of any other open positions you think we myt fit in / we can apply for? Thanks! Wud really appreciate some help!
