Does anyone know any shop the fixes bikes? Gear shifting problem.

Can anyone recommend a bike shop that can fix gear shifting problem of a folding bike? Im a newbie. I was given a folding bike. Its a brand new bike with 7 speed but it wont shift to first gear (the biggest one) and sometimes it wont shift between other gears and it creates some noise.

Do you guys know a shop preferably within or near mandaue area? Can i ask for location and contact number?
