good luck ani sa implementation sa call centers/production companies...
this would most likely mean extended hours na nuon tingali...

para sa mga mall staff ra man tingali ni...palingkuron daw every 2 hours...iwas varicose, sakto pod!

Did some research and found this. Wala kaayo nadiscuss kung mandatory ba or when it is to be given.
SECTION 7. Meal and Rest Periods.
Rest periods or coffee breaks running from five (5) to twenty (20) minutes shall be considered as compensable working time.
