Yes,I must say that I can read,write and converse in English quite well and might I add that I can spell words in a decent manner.I can also transcribe with the utmost confidence any audible spoken word and put it in writing.My typing speed is a modest 45 to 50 words per minuet.I can work as long as I am required to do so unless any technical faults occur beyond my control ergo,power outages and the likes of that.And as a finality,I have already established a PayPal account for myself.
