@CodeZero, there is a similar system like your gun turrent it was build by a engr sa manila, it can track fast moving object... their next phase will be using small factor ARM CPU as what ive suggested them since they currently using embeded systems

actually this project is pc base ni cya control niya ang main lights pwedi e on or e off using pc, if brown out automatic ra mo on ang pc then load ang program to control the hardware side to trigger the lights.

THIS SYSTEM WAS ALREADY INSTALLED IN THE COMPANY.
