    kay ako routine, pag abot sa balay, rest for 30mins, himasa then tulog na. Sakto ni?

    ^^ do some stretchings after you jog just to cool the muscles down. murag mubo ra man kaayo ang 30 minutes. why not give it an hour? just enough time for the muscles to relax. and if possible, use luke warm water.

    base lang ni sa akong experience ha.. I used to wake up 3:45AM for a 4am run that will last til' around 5am. when I arrive home I stretched up those heavily pounded muscles then rest..or sometimes fall back to sleep..and again I run back around 5pm for developing my speed and shape in running..after that wala nako eat...tulog napud
