i need your advice...

which is which? note 8 or ipad?

ako boss palitan ko niya ug gadget ana xa ipad but when i saw note 8 ganahan ko sa note 8... because of the pen.. needed man gud ang stylus if naa ipasulat during meetings

i am familiar sa android... i've been using android since froyo days
kahibaw sad ko mo root... so basically android is not new to me,,, however sa ipad kay zero knowledge jud ko

i asked a co-worker na developer sad na mas mayao daw ang ipad kay ang apple kay naay legacy na gina follow sa ilang OS.. compared to android daw na ambot if naa bah...

so arn naglibog ko if note 8 or ipad...

I presume you're doing office work? If so, I'd go with the Note 8.0 because of the note taking features. One great feature for someone who does organization work is the calendar that you can scribble over. I could also see you using the split screen feature a lot. I only have the Note 1 but I use the split screen a lot - and I only have a 5 inch screen! I usually have my reference at the top split (browser, PDF, image) and my notepad/sketchpad at the bottom.

Another thing is easy file transfers. Android devices can mount to a PC/laptop like an external USB. With an Apple device, it's a bit harder. The worst thing , when you're transferring media with an iOS device is that you need iTunes. That thing will croak your laptop, no kidding!

Apps for Android devices are also generally cheaper. In the early days of Android, the quality of the apps lagged behind iOS'. That's no longer the case. If you like to draw, I would definitely recommend Autodesk's Sketchbook. It is awesome and I think it would pair well with the Note 8's larger yet still handy screen. I'm hoping to upgrade to the Note 8 largely for this.

If you're talking market share, then I'm afraid Android has IOS beat. If you're talking performance and usage, then that's subjective and depends a lot on the user. There's no right answer to that question.

Do you need to use pen/stylus for jotting? If so, go for Note 8. But if you think mas effective mag gamit ug physical keyboard, you may want to try the other way.
