I have seen some phones and iPads that have a compass experience minimal interference when mounted onto iMagnet Mount, but this can be resolved by removing the device from the iMagnet Mount and waving it in a figure-eight in the air to reset the compass. Make sure your mount is not in contact with the top portion of the electronic device, as this is where most electronic compasses reside in mobile devices.
