@HEADHUNTER: Opinion lang nako ni ha, Gi initial interview ko ganina, but daghan mi nga applicants nagdungan in one room unya usa ra ka interviewer, Meaning gidungan mig interview, Ang ako lang ba, What happened to the Confidential Information of the applicants? Murag dili na sya confidential kay makadungog pud ang ubang applicants. Just saying,..

this is a normal occurrence when you apply to call centers. interviewers need to do this to save time since they process hundreds of applicants during the day and given the limited recruitment staff to do the hiring process. nevertheless you have the option not to give out confidential info during the panel interview and reserve those info during the one-on-one as you go on to the higher levels of interview.
