Yes. This has better performance, has advanced features, and heavy duty type. This is bought from Singapore. That d-link is just basic. I had that d-link and I sold it; Didn't like its performance and has no good characteristic in balancing(in my my heavy network utilization before). I have experienced two other brands of dual internet routers and this one is far better.

You mean if will cascade it to a wireless router? No, still the full speed of your internet connection. Why would it cut down to half the speed... It will even double the speed if you have two internet connections.
