I think it would be like Cebu in 20- 30 years from now. So if you have money, invest in Mactan while it's still cheap. :mrgreen:

i think it would be progressive but they should prepare the city itself like road widening ky crowded naa kaayo mga dan..specially sa basak nga road tungod sa tricycles. and also within the next 5 years dapat naa napod lain nga bridge maybe connecting somewhere from cebu city to cordova nga side ky kng mandaue gihapon mag trafic naa kaayo specially mandaue side

Mactan island will be crowded in 20 years. Road widened. Trikes gone in major streets. Huge reclamation will rise particularly along the coast of Cordova. Cordova then will be an economic power. It will lead the island its transformation to a modern metropolis.

i will be seeing 20-30 yrs from now, the mactan's water front will be packed with hotels and resorts... it will be the main tourist destination in the Philippines or maybe in Asia... hehehe...
