as i've said we just passed there. i guess they only support the highest bidder, which side gives more moolahs...more like mercenaries(sold to the highest bidder).Judging from your remarks, its really not far from the situation in africa...with regards to the "feudal lords".

A total of 190 election returns and 38 ballot boxes are still uncanvassed in the municipality of Pagalungan, Maguindanao, 10 days after the May 14 elections, an election inspector revealed Thursday.

Faizal Kalantungan, a Board of Election Inspector in Maguindanao, filed an affidavit on the unfinished canvassing of ERs in Pagalungan town. The affidavit is the first legally binding evidence that proves that no canvassing was conducted in several towns in Maguindanao.

"Up to now, the authorized [Commission on Elections] officer has yet to collect the election returns and the 38 ballot boxes," said Kalantungan in an affidavit signed May 24, 2007.

"There are still 190 ERs in the custody of BEIs, including mine, and a total of 38 ballot boxes inside the Pagalungan Municipal Hall that remain uncanvassed," his affidavit stated
now... will they still continue with the canvassing of Maguindanao CoCs? naa na jud affidavit.

passed there? ok.. as for me i wont tell anything about mine hehehehe. anyway ur observation is quite accurate but i wouldnt call them mercenaries they are just being smart what could be more smart than just support any incumbent sitting government thru the years they have grown with these policy. hehehe as to the african yes its not like in war freak africa as we saw in news tv but u said u had passed there did you saw their armored hummvees armed with 50 cals it used to be civilian type but they converted it for i dont know for what usage , im not exagerating in Shariff Aguak alone they have more than 500 armed followers desguise as CVOS or cafgus with the best comu uniforms anyway the gov use them for proxy warfare so its no good bashing them,

the only point here of course plz if there is election let the people vote gyud it just a small piece of right if every election wah voting and every election time all ballots were fiiled in before the actual date whats the used its mickey mouse county.

they can keep all there guns and hard stuffs and their armies if they want too but let the people vote at least in lanao naa election though naa cheating

12-0 ? mean to say that even election leaders and watchers did not even vote for the candidates. In some barangays all voted for TU and not even a single one voted for the GO.In that case let us gather these watchers and leaders then send them into firing squad for treason.hehehe .

12-0 means the first 12 belong to the same team, in this case TU. GO has votes too, 13 and up

In the Maguindanao tally, Genuine Opposition (GO) candidates Francis Escudero got 27,625 votes; Aquilino Pimentel III, 20,485; Loren Legarda, 20,404, and Manuel Villar, 17,095.

In Mabuhay, Zamboanga Sibugay, TU also got a 12-0 vote.

klaro naman kaayu naa tikas ngadto sa maguindanao. unya hadlok pa jud sila sa governor. whatta shame....

12-0 is impossible jud na, whether u like it or not. 12-0 lang kung naa tikas. ang cebu city man lagi, being an administration country, na 12-0 in favor of TU?? Wala.

6-5-1 man gani ngari sa cebu city in favor of TU, 5 sa GO og si kiko pangilinan (being the #1 here in cebu city).
