    Kung dedicated ka mag bulk-up, you should eat foods nga dako ug calories in every 6 meals. 1500-3000 calories/day. Kanang oatmeals, bacon, meat, whey protein (kanang True Mass 1200 kay 1230 ang calories 2 scoops) and etc. Tan-awa lang ang Nutrition Facts sa mga foods basta if you want to bulk, make sure naka consume ka ug 1500-3000 calories/day.

    ask lang ko tinuod ba na nga do not workout for more than 45 minutes kay madaot daw imong muscles nya dugay daw ang progress? kabantay ko sa akong g gyman ba dugay kaayo mahuman og workout ang mga tao didto pero porma naman sad kaayo ilang lawas

    Myth rana bro. Your body will adapt to the stress given to it. Dili cguro siya advisable for beginners, but eventually... Makaya rana sa ilang lawas ang volume sa ilang workout

    hello mga boss! naglibog naman gud ko sa akuang lawas., i weigh 53 kgs, 5'9" ang height and im only 20 y.o. ganahan jud unta ko mag-gain weight ba, kay (aminon nako) maka-insecure naman gud, ug muabot na pud ko sa point nga murag naluoy na pud ko sa akuang sarili. (lol, drama. xD ) nya, gawky kaayo ko. unsa may maayong buhaton para mag-start maging fit? pwde ko kapangayo tabang/advices ninyo?

    thanks. i worked out for more than a hour man gud. 2-3 area sa body. i take 1 min rest per set. anyway i have another question. how much protein do i need daily im if 147lbs? padako akong build and gain muscles

    bro akong nabasahan sa net nga kung intense kaayo imong workout. 30 sec to 1 min rest between sets den to failure jud. mag release nadaw og stress hormone imong lawas after 1 hour man ngali to. kana uban tag 2-4 hours mabantayan nako mag workout sa gym kargado ranag istorya.mutoo ko 2-4 hours kung bodybuilder nga muapil og competition ang mag workout. pero naa ra japon na nimo basin diay pas pas mudako imong lawas kung dugay ka muundang og workout. lahi lahi man gud pod tag lawas. ako 1 hour raman ko mag workout kay intense kaayo ako workout usahay mura kog makuyapan

    I've never thought, time flies fast. I'm on my 26th day of IF.

    Food became unappealing to me. I lost appetite. During lunches, I became immune to people deliciously eating in front of me. When I was starting, I look forward to my feeding window and now I don't like to eat. Should I be worried Xeno?

    others are saying this is a myth... but LOL, it not a myth at ll. This is true. Working out for for more than one hour can actually delay your progress. Catabolism na mahitabo kung mulapas ug one hour. That is scientifically proven by fitness expert"S". Dili lang kay imbento2x or experience sa mga totoy browns.
