been to SM yesterday.. did saw brown organic rice priced at 43 pesos. then there was that passion at 56 then the most expensive black rice at 116 pesos per kilo.. i wonder what that black rice for..

i dont remember how much the kilo was for the brown rice but i think it was around 30 pesos.

brown rice is healthy kay it's not processed man. the more raw the food the better......white rice has been processed and is very starchy.bad for your blood sugar.

yeah grabe nakuratan jud ko sa black rice sad...is the brown rice kanang mura ug pula pula when maluto? is it different sa red rice?

makro also sells brown rice.. forgot the price but i'll check later when my supply's exhausted.. anyway, i soak it overnight para mo humok jud.. the pack says you need to soak it for 30mins....rice to water ratio (in cup) 1:1 1/2 to 2 but that's only for me kay i only cook a few cups of it for my baon
