i did that one before. but if dili ka mg-eat,. mag crave ka more so mka eat ka daghan.. eat three meals a day then exercise.

Sayon ra, gusto ka maka tipid.. Do what I do.. You can lose weight by eating less or no fat at all, eating less or no oily foods at all, eating 1 cup of rice or less , very less meat. Most importantly eat maximum amount of veggies (boiled/fresh) at 90% of your plate would be veggies & the remaining would be viand & maybe rice. Please eat well, I don’t believe in diets that deprive you from eating, the very result of dieting/not eating well is lack of nutrients & gaining weight. So eat happy.
Katipid ka ani kay mostly utan man imo kan-on.. mo reduce lagi ka.. apili lang ug gamay nga jogging pang tone sa muscles.

Pagsogod nko og work-out grabe ka kapoy morag dli ma agwanta especially sa cardio pero day by day ma anad naka mo adapt imo lawas mo increase imo stamina na dayon, most important sd imo diet eat less like kung 3 cups ka ubsan nmo og 2 1/2 next week 1 cup nalng less pa dyd taman sa mo adopt imo lawas, eat less meat especially pork og kanang tambok sa pork, i usually have a cheat day and that is Sunday mo kaon daghan pero dli sd daghan dyd as in ... mag gym ko 5-6 times a week 40 mins cardio treadmill jogging dyd dli walking, MWF i play basketball....no pain no gain....
