    Default Dangerous food need to avoid


    Guys we talk about FOODS.. let's talk about DANGEROUS FOOD.. POST MO dri unsa ang mga angay likayan sa mga MADLANG PIPOL bahin sa FOODS.. kanang makasakit ta in the LONG TERM para ma-REALISE or maka-HUNAHUNA sila nga mag-ilis na sila ug LIFESTYLE... Since its FOOD and DINING section THREAD.. LESTS POST kanang mga ANGAY LIKAYAN.. BE HEALTH CONSIOUS ta.. dba... SO POST na mga ISTORYAN's .. kay ako MISMO gusto jd nako makahibaw pd sa mga DANGEROUS FOODS..

    Don't deprive yourself kai lain nasd na. Even a slice of cake twice a month is ok (unless you're diabetic or your doctor says NO), for example. We get nutrients and vitamins from different sources so it's always good to explore. If you're unsure of something consult someone who knows or Google it. Moderation and discipline are keys to a happy and balanced life
