My favorite since we don't have it here sa Cebu is People Are People sa Power Plant mall in Rockwell. All of their clothes are gorgeous. Its casual tees and pants with an edge. My second favorite that really does a lot of damage to your wallet is Mango still at the Power Plant . But my all time favorite are the Roxy clothes from the Quiksilver store also at the Power Plant mall. I always drop by the store everytime I'm in Rockwell even to just look around because the store has the nicest staff and they always play really cool Beach Boys music.
