Wala tay mabuhat, kung sa Chinese principle, "Mandate of Heaven" man ang reason naka daog si Mayor Mike. It is his prerogative not to renew the contractual employees who supported BOPK.

Kung ang employee sa Gaisano moingon nga adto mo palit sa SM...angayan ra cguro di na i renew ang contract

Things like this won't fly diri sa amo ... that Mayor can easily be sued. Absolutely no grounds for termination... sunod election government employees will be forced to support him - OR ELSE!

Why pamper life's complexities when the leather runs smooth on the passenger seat?

Co -terminus employees -- serve only on the confidence of the appointing officer (in this case, Mike Rama) and NOT on any qualification imposed by civil service law.

His/her tenure is based on CONFIDENCE given to him/her by the appointing officer. Therefore, if the appointing officer (or Mayor ba ron) has "lost confidence" to the co-terminus employee, he or she has to go.

In short, if Mike Rama FEELS that the person cant perform anymore AS HE PLEASES, he has the right to boot the employee as he wishes.

Mike Rama is still within his rights to remove those whom he have lost confidence. Sadly, political "confidence" is a valid reason.

though immoral unta if you look at many aspects, but legal reasons prevail..

LEGALITY prevails OVER MORALITY. this is how the court works.
