Default Re: 12-0 MAGUINDANAO mockery of elections???

^ I am sure copies of ERs were given to the opposition candidates. They can tell it from the election returns whether or not somebody voted for them. They also have poll watchers, of course. I was watching ANC last night and even Adel Tamano could not argue with Tonypet Albano that the ERs in Maguindanao show that there were also votes cast in favor of the opposition candidates but it does not negate the fact that TU candidates made it on top 12.

If they really have evidence, they can go to court, not with the media. Media can accept almost everything even without basis, just for the sake of reporting it. The courts will have to dwell on pieces of evidence than hearsay though.

as the teacher said... they were forced to fill blank ballots...

and i think it's not the opposition who are reporting this... it's the election watchdogs. Cheating perpetrators really hate media, coz they report it and can cause some stir.

as i've said... with all the events i've mentioned, if TU scoring 12-0 is possible well cheating is also VERY MUCH possible.

i think cheating technically is not the issue in the the province of maguindanao simply because their has been virtually no legitamate voters who voted for the simple reason that there is no election that took place the ballots were all filled in before the election date ergo there is n o election hehehee

maybe in sulu province and lanao there are cases of cheating at least in these areas no lord of all warlords is in existance and at the very least there are election in these provinces. And GRP government control and sovereignty is at least in control if not firmly in control in lanao and sulu in maguidanao its a different story.

there is no such thing as poll watchers in the area even namfrel had difficulty finding courageous volunteers in that desolated land, look at there local dep ed head in anc assemblying all the teachers in the capitol and camera of the news channel rejecting and disavow any knowledege of irregularity and some one even suggested its an imposter a sham teacher not knowing that the very teacher the abscbn crew is refering too is also in the crowd of teachers assembled and parades like hostages with a bomb at their backs singing all the goodies songs and tunes .

anyway any party could have 12-0 there even the opposition if they are the incumbent dominant holding power in the country so its really not an issue of admin or ops.

TAMANOs came from lanao he know his limitations down to his spine he cant just speak and talk like some of kind of cow boy, let Tony Albano's unflinching rambo rant speak with nonsense.

by the way Adel tamano is good senatorial candidate why didnt he run for the position they said he is harvard educated or something like that aside from graduating in ateneo is that true ?

look at how they bastardize their right. Now we are hearing Bunye saying "not to scrap Maguindanao canvass because it will disenfranchise voters", i think voters there are already disenfranchise way way before 2004 elections.

In his weekly press conference, Ermita welcomed the investigation of the Commission on Elections on reports of election manipulation in Maguindanao. He also called on the teacher, who claimed to have been forced at gunpoint to tamper with the results, to come out in the open.

Ermita also protested why Maguindanao was being “singled out” when TU had swept the elections in at least eight other provinces.

“How can you fault the people in that area if the other party has no machinery and, in fact, do not have any candidate for mayor and is under the control of the (administration) alliance,” he said, quoting the explanation given to him by Maguindanao Rep. Simeon Datumanong.

Ermita noted that there were no opposition candidates or watchers in the province.

GO candidates did not even bother to campaign in Maguindanao. “If you do not go there, if you are not seen there, chances are they might forget to vote for you,” Ermita said.
