Where to have an old school lens fixed and cleaned?

Just doing a friend a favor, He has an awesome old school lens that he wants to get cleaned and check up? And if usable maybe converter to F mount...

It is a Rokkor MC 58mm f/1.2 lens?

Hi, I've done couple of rokkor lens convertion to eos but not to nikon F mount, infinity focus cannot be achieve the mirror will hit the rear lens element even on a crop dslr .. or you can shave the mirror of your dslr.
