    Sa katong nangandoy mangaply og techsupport just take note that this is not really techsupport but sales account with the sales quota and stuff.

    FYI.. walay regularization ang TP.. ky contractual basis ra jud na sila bsag unsa pa ka kadugay... When you've signed the contract.. if you read between the lines.. wala silay regularization.. NESTING then production.. mao ra na... and even if prod ka... ur still on a contractual basis... if your going to ask your TL as well... they will also tell you that..

    and yes, Tech support is not mainstream TechSupport jud, You are required to Sell as well.... (murag uban call centers naa pud sad ana though, tech daw pero himan2x mamaligya sad mo diay)

    Tp ana pero pariha raman ghap0n kay if dili ka kapasar sa metrics ma term man ghap0n bisan regular paka. Hahaha

    Dli ka basta2x ma term if regular emp ka even if ma hagbong ka sa metrics.. naa japun na due process na dapat agian.. pero if probationary or dli ka regular, mas dali ka ma term sa employer ana.. dako jud difference ang regular employee bisan asa pa tan-awn otherwise ga ingana ra unta tanan which is dli maayo para sa mga employees.
