Bike nalang ko! i have heel spur... cant do long walks nor long run... bike nalang to stay fit and healthy...
and i enjoy going to places ive never been sad...also use bike to work... hihi peru bago pako! ala pai months!

i prefer bike, especially, bike classes! hahaha
i prefer 90min biking and 1 hour jogging! good exercise![]()
