Sa mga newbies na full of optimism and hope, In a perfect world, ana sad jud dapat. But sometimes sa workplace dli jud ingana ang mahitabo kay it's not a perfect world, there will always ne politics involved bisan asa pa ka. Pero it's nice to put a good attitude towards work, at least ganado ka mu sud sa opisina. And also, before anything else or any thoughts of promotions, concentrate na lang usa on passing the probation period and getting regularized Anyway, good luck and congrats sa inyo new job
