Some might be wondering why I prefer using spray paint in cans rather than bringing my bike to a paintshop or rather use a compressor, This project only costs me 800pesos and really had fun doing it.
DIY is Cheap and FUN!

By the way, mga Fellow China Bike Owners,
Ako motor Rusi Ramjet 2004 model, wala pa jud ka tilaw ug overhaul ever since pag palit.
Last Tuesday June 4, 2013, ako na lang jud gipa overhaul due to some engine problems that occurred , usual wear and tear sa daily driven motorcycle.
Engine Mods/Restoration/Repair Done:
-Replaced Connecting Rod (kay naa nay play, saba na, murag naay nanoktok)
-Replaced Connecting Rod Pin
-Replaced Crank Shaft Bearing
-Cylinder block (gi rebore kay naa nay garas kay mo lamba na ang piston tungod sa play sa con rod)
-Replaced with a Wave 125 52.5 Piston and Piston Ring (gi ilisan para mo sakar na sa new bore size sa block)
-Replaced Valve and Valve Seals (hilis na, hungaw, loose compression, Humok na kaayo e crank ug dugay mo andar ang motor, hasta ka 30 sikaran)
-Replaced all Gaskets
Total Cost sa Engine Restoration (Labor and Parts) - 4,500
Some replaced parts are not genuine kay mahal kaau ang genuine but most of the replaced parts kay honda genuine parts na
So far, sulit ra kaayo akong pag pa overhaul kay upon checking sa mga engine parts especially sa transmission gear, clutch housing, crank shaft, ok pa man kaayo... Then ang performance sa engine ron is almost like a brand new bike.. Mas lesser akong na gasto compared sa mopalit ug bag-ong motor.. As per my mechanic, mo last pa daw ako motor ug over 5 years.. Depende ra jud sa pag atiman
Para sad maka inspire sa fellos China Bike Owners. Ako e post below ang mga modifications sa akong motor.
Dili ni tingob pagka modify/restore. Hinay-hinay ra ni kung naay gamayng extra money hehe.. Dili man dinalian, Project lang gud, ma pul-an na man sad ta sa atong project kung ma homan na dayon, ang resulta = baligya hehe.
It doesn't mean nga abi China Bike dili na lang pwede e mods ang Looks ug ang Performance.
Daghan kaayo available nga aftermarket parts nga ma sakar sa China bike, (XRM, Wave, Dream, C70, TMX)
Naay uban mo ingon nganong gastohan maayo ang baratohon nga motor instead ipalit na lang ang kwarta ug bag-o.
Lingaw man gud kaayo mag modify unya knowing nga China nga motor then performs like or even more than sa mga leading brands karon which is ang uban gani dali kaayo mo aso ug manga guba (poor quality na due to high demand, mass produced na and even manufactured in China kay barato ang labor didto).

-Genuine Nissin Brake Master and Single Piston Caliper (Orig sa Wave Dash)
-Stock Front Shock (Outer and Inner tube) sa Wave Dash

-4-holes Stock Disk Rotor sa Wave 100R
-Chrome Front and Rear Hub for XRM/Wave
-Stainless Spokes
-Comstar 1.4 E type Gold Rims Front and Rear
