just to clarify things coz i feel that you're an expert or has knowledge about elance. Am a member of the said after registering and applied for a couple of positions. One thing is am not sure of if the referral system is working. It was reflected on my account that there were 3 friend of mine who visited the site, perhaps became a freelancer also but never reflected that i have something out of it. You know, am telling you this, because i want to maximize my time aside from contacting employers. Can you help me with this?
