Ouano sent a text message to reporters shortly before 1 p.m. yesterday, saying the people have made their choice and he also congratulated Cortes.

with regards to Tedman personnel:

I hope Jonas would take a closer look at unexplained absences by these individuals specially a few weeks going into the election campaign. I heard this from the grapevine that most of them prioritized the campaign sorties instead of doing their job.

other areas of concern:

- upgrade the Mandaue City website (remove Teddy Bear's image)
- business permits should be revised (remove Teddy Bear's image)

bottomline - remove the hideous image of Teddy in all areas of concern (pag-mayor sa mo? familiar? hehehe)
