Guys, the discussion here is already turning informative... We can always agree to disagree here without resorting to ad hominems right?

Some people have huge imaginations. They see the inevitability of war, but I see the potential in regional cooperation. You can't keep people from their outdated world views though. I mean commies? Painting the south red? This has got to be some kind of joke, right? I'm looking for George Bush and his "if you aren't for us, then you're against us" at the corner somewhere, whinging...
I'm not trying to twist your statement at all. It's just that I'm wondering where you're going with this. You talked about ideologies and beliefs in one post, and in another you're talking about actions. Aren't you just muddling the issue here and then whining about the issues being muddled after you muddled it?
Yea, but shooting unarmed civilians of course is not bullying. Jajaja..Yup, no problem as long as they would not bully you,
taking what you have and show force to intimidate,
Yea, building structures on disputed territory is a nasty act, but are you saying that the structures on these islands mean their no longer disputed? India and China are building their own structures in their side of their disputed territories, does that mean there's no longer a dispute? The territory is still under dispute, there are still overlapping claims. That precludes getting along with our neighbors, how? Do you want to attack the structures, if so be my guest. So if the territory is still under dispute, why are they there making structures, bringing in warships?
could you explain why?
Oh sure, that's why you felt the need to type "pathetic" or did your fingers type that furiously while you tried to put on a cool face. I'm responding to your post, not trying to change your opinion. I believe there's a difference?I think I'm quite cool,
you even said that you have your own opinion I have mine
and I should leave you with your opinion,
but sadly you've change it. pathetic.

Muddle? they are communist right? then they want to grab a land right?
yes, the claim is unsettled, then who's side are you? are you in china or in the Philippines,
are you willing to give a space that we claim belongs to Philippines.
Philippines vows to defend territory against China | Inquirer Global Nation
Oh common, who's being bullied and who fought back,Yea, but shooting unarmed civilians of course is not bullying. Jajaja..
4 fishing vessel ramming is an act of bullying.
because it"s geographically correct, it is within the proximity of the country. Are they the only ones making structures on disputed territory? Could you explain why you're not aware that we have structures in these areas too?

Who's imagination, did I say we go to war,
hmmm, maybe you are hallucinating,
is defending a right an act of war?
Yea, muddle dude. Muddle. China is a capitalist country. This is not a matter of opinion, it's a fact. Please check your facts before arguing this point further.
Second, disputed territory means countries that are laying claim to that territory are going to try to control it. Building structures on disputed territories is wrong, and no country should be doing it period. Disputes can be resolved through war or diplomacy. I think diplomacy is the only sane way to resolve this problem, this requires us to believe that neighbors can get along with each other. Nobody said diplomacy is easy.
Man what an insulting question, though I understand why you asked it since you're hellbent on making me your enemy. I'm on our side, that's why I want us to act in our best interest. This ain't a dispute that necessitates going to war, and it's one that can be solved diplomatically. Short of an actual invasion, there's still time to hash out differences and get along with countries even if we don't like how they act all the time.yes, the claim is unsettled, then who's side are you? are you in china or in the Philippines,

All countries have a right to defend their territory, but the first country to pull the trigger and cause a war in this region is going to be in serious trouble.
Have these been established of facts? It's still under investigation, man.Oh common, who's being bullied and who fought back,

Yea, it's under our EEZ but it's still called disputed territory because there are a few countries that dispute our claim, as weak as their claim may be.because it"s geographically correct, it is within the proximity of the country.

kay maorag nagkalayo na tas topic.
What's the connection of China being the capitalist?
meaning China wants to make business of a land it does not rightfully own,
hahahah,
Who says war should occur, buot2x man pud ka,hahahahaSecond, disputed territory means countries that are laying claim to that territory are going to try to control it. naa man tingale tay UNCLOS to settle things up, diplomacy to what, being bullied around?
let the neutral party settle it, the party with authority. Duka na ka.Lols
Insulting nope, you sound so hypocrite, being a Filipino, you should react if your country is being stumpedMan what an insulting question, though I understand why you asked it since you're hellbent on making me your enemy. bullied upon, but what did the Philippines get from you which is now struggling to claim rights, diplomacy
in what form, you have to give up a part of the land that the Philippines claimed, don"t give me that BS,
you seem like a chinese to me, hmmmmm.
Who will pull the trigger, in reality we do not have a gun.All countries have a right to defend their territory, but the first country to pull the trigger and cause a war in this region is going to be in serious trouble.
The fact is China is bullying, it even claiming all the West Philippine sea,Have these been established of facts? It's still under investigation, man.
then what's your take?
There you Go, under our EEZ and still disputed,Yea, it's under our EEZ but it's still called disputed territory because there are a few countries that dispute our claim, as weak as their claim may be.
where's your logic.
Defending a right isn't an act of war, that's why I said we don't need to give up any rights to get along with countries we have disputes with. That's why I mentioned the India-China dispute as an example of how countries can still get along even when they are occupying half of each others' claimed territory. If you think that bullying tactics in disputed territories is an irredeemable sin then there's no room for diplomacy, only war. This isn't the first conflict we've had, and it won't be our last. Our country has territorial disputes with almost all the countries around us, you still think it's a good idea not to try to get along with these countries? Nobody can survive in Asia on their own...
maka damage ok how about ang materials sa boat if mag storya ta physics steel vs wood? really in ana ka boang mo dasmag ang fisher man sa steel na mas dako na barko unya cya kay wood and fiber glass fisherman ra cya di cya coast guard ni dagan ra to and wala man pud ramming na hitabo gyud so i guess useless ra lalis nato
Okay you got your point,
balik na tas topic, maikog ta.
Public apology
compensation
File case against PCG
Fishing rights
The government already issued an apology
and compensation is there, but the two I think
is beyond their grasp for now.
Kin of slain Taiwanese fisherman have 4 demands | ABS-CBN News
Dude, that's lame. I never said any of those things and you are being childish. I said we should try to get along with our neighbors without giving up our rights. I demand that you quote exactly where I said we should give up territory. If you can't do this, then you are being a jerk. Who gave you the right to put words in my mouth, man? Your debating tactics are so lame.. oO Whether we perceive countries are bullying us or not, how does this change the reality that we still need to get along with these countries, especially when they are an essential part of our economy and are right on our backyard? Damn you're right I'm sleepy, and I don't know why I bother responding to you when you've been totally disrespectful of my posts all this time. Keep putting words in people's mouths whenever they disagree with you and we'll see how far you go on these forums. Cya...Insulting nope, you sound so hypocrite, being a Filipino, you should react if your country is being stumped
