I went to file for the ID last april
ingon ang katong para sa pa pciture na ang ID makuha na in 3months
if wala pa gane da in 3-mos
ask namo sa post office sa inyong lugar...
ang educational loan,
at least 1year naman daw ang contribution or 12 postings
dapat enrolled ka before ka maka.process
cheque is addressed to the school man daw so sa mga aspiring continuing students, malas nato kay dili ta makakuhag sobra! nyehehehe
but at least dili na maglabad atong ulo para mubayad sa tuition...

Ganahan ko ma-member, pero I'm a recent graduate nya freelancer pako as of today. Mu-apply ta ko as voluntary member pero on further research, ang voluntary members kay mga separated members, OFW's, or non-working spouse ra man. Pag-adto nako sa SSS kay ni-ana ko freelancer ko with income! Giingnan ko Self-employed daw na. Nya gihatagan ko ug Form RS-1. Naglibog ko kay naa may fields nga PROFESSIONAL/BUSINESS CODE ug TAX ACCOUNT NUMBER nya wala man ko ana. Naglibog jud ko. Tabang, please

adtoa nalang na sa post office.. or tawag ka daan sa post office kung naa naba. ayaw na paghuwat ng ihatod ug kartero.

Read more about SSS thru their website sss.gov.ph and try out to register to my.sss so that you can monitor remittances.
How to get the SSS ID:
1. fill out this form https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/uploaded_...011_fillin.pdf and bring a photocopy of valid ID's to SSS (pref those which are government issued)
2. file to SSS office, have it verified and get ready to get your photo taken right there and then (mura ra xag dali pagka-istorya nako but be ready to stay in sss maybe half a day-but this sometimes depends on the queue)
3. wait and call local post office for follow ups
