Has anybody been to Mandaue/Mactan bridge lately? Naa pa ba ang dagway ni Thadeo ? If naa pa - kanus-a man tawon na ma tangtang Pls. expedite !
We don't need to be reminded of how he single handedly put us Cebuanos to shame via to name a few, the mega shabu lab, lamp posts, public market anomalies etc. etc.

He said he was advised by legal counsel Gloria Lastimosa-Dalawampu not to concede yet because of certain “irregularities” in the canvassing of votes.

But when contacted again late yesterday afternoon, Ouano said he will not take back his word.

He wouldn’t confirm, though, if he would pursue an electoral protest since he has yet to talk it over with his lawyers.
