i currently work with Aegis. Aegis has been feeding me for the past 2 years & 7 months. Life was good then but they made so many changes they removed & changed bonus and incintive scheme's its alarming & what we earned before and now is @ 50% difference. I used to say I feel at home here but I say I'm now wrong.

Based on my experience since dugay naman ko aning call center business, I would say Qualfon and Aegis. Qualfon kay may pagka corrupt and Aegis ran by Slumdog Millionaires nga walay paki sa workers but fattening their own wallets.
