I'm not agili but I'm skilled enough to answer your question..aheheh
The thing about samsung phones are it has an EFS folder that contains important files (IMEI, MEID, ESN..etc)
I'm pretty sure that folder it empty after a restore with error, good thing you didn't bricked
My advice is to clean flash a stock rom, if the problem still persist..then use phone as an expensive paper weight.
Remember to always backup efs...

I have a problem downloading apps sa Playstore. Ok ra kung Wifi connection pero kung through mobile internet (Globe) mo attempt man sya pero dili gyud sya mo go through. Got an error. Error 501.

Problema kaha ni sa Globe or sa akoa ning Apn settings.

port: 8080

Kani nga settings kay sa internet ra ni nako nakit.an.

Are you on prepaid or postpaid? Create a new APN using the following settings:

For Prepaid
Connection Name: myGlobeInet
APN: http.globe.com.ph
Leave everything else on the default configuration.

For Postpaid
Connection Name: myGlobe Internet
APN: internet.globe.com.ph
Leave everything else on the default configuration.

mao ni siya ang gi tawag nga brick?

Sir kana imo unit ang naka install ana is custom rom mao ng "Slimbean" ang mas maau ana imo tawagan tong owner ana. Try sad access sa recovery dungan press hold volume up, home, power dayon pag naa naka sa recovery e wipe factory reset then human wipe cache partition.

Yeah, that's a rooted custom ROM you have there. You can do a hard reset using the instructions metzine provided: just turn off the phone, then turn it on using the key combo posted above to enter Recovery Mode (press & hold the keys until the recovery mode appears). You can navigate the recovery mode using the volume buttons and select with the home button (or maybe the menu button). The factory reset option should be all you need (it already wipes cache), then reboot.

Now, if you want to go back to non-rooted stock (factory) ROM, that's a different story. The process is a bit more complicated.
