gi-textan nako sa Calltek as of this moment, and it says here that they have received my application for Tech Support. As i remember, CSR man to ako gipili nga applyan, but its ok, and also says here na paadtuon daw ko sa ila office tomorrow (May 20, 2013) for initial interviews... now i have two problems:

1. I dont know what's the nature of work for Tech support.( i'm doing a research now in google and youtube on what is the work of a tech support agent.)

2. I cant go to cebu tomorrow, why? coz i have no money for travel and also i'm from Baybay, Leyte.

3. Curretnly, i'm now working for my thesis, and this week is our defend week. Graduate man ko this summer, this coming May 29... and by this case, mga june pako maka-larga og cebu.


huhuhuuhu... i dont know what to do.. i want to work jud sa calltek, puydi ko mangayu advice og tabang mga ka-istoryanz? please..

Wala man CSR diri ma'am, Tech Support ra gyud kasagaran (naa uban accounts naa mix na CS gamay). Tech support is pag walkthrough sa customer nga di makaconnect sa Internet (for example lang), etc etc. And ayg kabalaka if wala ka'y knowhow kay e train man ka, and kasagaran makuha ra nimo once naa na ka sa floor.

Also, pwede ka mangutana if pwede ipa move imong interview schedule, problema lang is dili always ang hiring diri so basin once maka anhi na ka sa Cebu wala na'y hiring. Sunod nalang pod.

huhhuu... medyo sayanga sa opportunity oie, mag-lisud kog balance... mag-ampo nalang ko ani nga until last week of june pa ila hiring kay para maka-apply pa ko.. i really love to work here, i've done a lot of research regarding this company, and also with youtube, i've seen the activities of the company and its so fun! very happy ang people, (and funny ang performance sa "Access Denied")..

hahays... sir dondon, can i pm you my contact number, para in case the company is hiring, u can refer me, (just in case di ko maka-apas for application)

i'll pray for this job, God will give this job to me if ever He think this is the best for me.
