Can I get through immigration issues if I fly from Manila instead of from Cebu?

I got denied by immigration in Cebu last week, and was wondering if I should try again but this time fly from Manila.
Would they still see my record if I try from Manila?

i think mas strict didto. mas daghan ako makita nga maharang sa Manila kaysa Cebu every time ko molarga out of the country. Just sharing my observation though.

Just arrived from outside the country and sa ako lang strikto sila karon kay daghan kaayo pangutana even if you are frequently travelling abroad. If firm lang ka sa imo tubag unya maka-prove ka nga you will be returning then you have nothing to be afraid of.

Ang akong uyab nga mag una unta didto mo larga gi offload last week sa IO kay kuwang iya requirements, ang nakahibong namu is that same IO ang ni interview niya last Feb 14 nga larga niya sa SG and gipa exit sila sa SG after two months mao niuli sya dinhi and ni stay og 2 weeks den balik na unta sya last week pa pag adto niya sa Airport and pag interview na sa IO with same requirements iyang gipakita sa katong last niya larga pag Feb. 14 but karon gi denied sya kay kuwang daw? ( take note, same IO gihapon ang nag interview niya last larga niya sa SG pag feb. 14.. ) ni ask na pud og additional requirements then tuesday afternoon kay ni submit na sya sa other requirements but denied japon sya.. grabeh kaayo ang mga IO dinhi sa ato Cebu.. nonsense kaayo jud.

Dako kaayo question kay same process ra baya and sakto ra pud iya pagtubag kay kung moana pud ka nga dili or gidudahan sya den why naka larga man sya ato last time with the same said requirements.. dba, nonsense kaayo.. naghuwat siguro tagaan og under the table.

Mao diay...

Ang ako nahibaw-an kay strict kaayo sila especially going to SG or Malaysia nga extended stay. Suwerte imo BF the last time kadtong na-approve.
Naay daghan na offload nga same circumstances sa imo BF. Murag ila gi-prevent ang usually buhaton sa mga pinoy jobseekers didto sa SG mga after 2 months unya wala pa work permit kay mo-exit sa Malaysia then balik SG .

Usually if less than 2 weeks imo stay and you can present round trip tickets , hotel voucher, plus your employment certificate in the Phils wala na kaayo sila langas og daghan pagarpar.

Here's what the IO asked me during my latest travel to Indonesia:

IO: Saan ang destinasyon mo?
ME: Denpasar, Indonesia
IO: Purpose?
ME: Attend a convention.
IO: Bakit ganoon ang suot mo? (I was wearing t-shirt, shorts, and slippers)
ME: Ang init ngayon sa Denpasar at hassle yong naka-sapatos. Pa-tanggal-tanggal pa pag may inspection.
IO: Maghahanap ka nang-trabaho doon no?
ME: Of course, not. Meron akong trabaho dito.
IO: Patingin nga ng company ID?
ME: Hindi ko dinala ang company ID ko. Ito na lang company call card ko. Tawagan mo ako after 10 days. Balik na ako.
IO: Patingin nga ng proof na mag-attend ka ng convention?
ME: Open ko muna email ko.
IO: (After inspecting my passport and RT tickets, I haven't even opened my laptop yet) Ok na. Business class ka pala.

BI are now implementing stricter rules for countries that doesnt need a pre apporved VISA requirment.

Im sorry to tell you this but if you dont meet their requirements they wont approved you to travel. Even if you have 1M in your pocket that wouldnt work - It happens, and it happened.

Sponsorship and Invitation based travel wouldnt work Most of the Time - nowadays. (Their explanations - is that alot of cases recently Invitation, sponsorship based travels still doesn't guarantee the credibility of traveler unless sponsored by the Govt of eg SG, BKK etc...)
Miski big Company pa ni Sponsor nimo and you dont meet their requirments dili gyd ka makalarga.

But try lng sa Manila or Clark basin makalusot kay mao na gibuhat sa ako amigo last February this year. Offload cya January 2013 sa Cebu, ni try cya Manila but dili na training iya purpose kundi Leisure na.. nya naa cya kuyog lain amigo pd.

Try lng but High Risk. nya sa Clark medyo higpit, higpit pa sa Manila.

Sir @JPCROWN.. akong mga kaila a good friend of mine kay kuyog niya mga friends, 5 sila nanlarga den gi hold sila sa Immigration.. den lisod man ayo ila e cancel ang trip sayangan sila sa gasto mao nihatag sya og 25K sa IO or sa office ba to sila nihatag den gi approve man dayun after mao to naka larga sila dayun.

Ang best question ani is: Unsa man ang rason sa IO nga wala man ka palargaha?

Kay sa ako nahibaw-an, mo-explain jud na sila kung ngano. (on my cousin's case, ni-explain jud sila og tarong kung nganong dili ka-larga siya kalarga). Naa sila'y mga reasonable requirements nga gipangayo sa imo?

Kanang gipang-ingon ninyo nga mobayad ( ! ! ) nah! WALA jud ko kasuway ana!
Kung unsa man gani, dili man pod ko mobayad. On my personal opinion, kanang mobayad kay naa na'y binuhatan or buhaton nga dili maayo. Peace!

For example:
Kanang mga mag-Pok-Pok sa Singapore! Adto na sila sa Manila kay naa'y IO didto nga pwede ra bayaran og P15k per head para lang makalarga. Pero ig-abot sa Singapore, A-to-A na sila!
