    About myBro’s Fair Usage Policy. myBro understands your need for fast and reliable connectivity, and is obligated to efficiently manage the network to guarantee that all subscribers have fair access to network resources. myBro has adopted a Fair Usage Policy to provide the best fixed wireless internet experience to all subscribers.
    Conditions Covering Fair Usage Policy. Certain peer-to-peer and machine-to machine software/applications are used by customers to send and receive files containing very large amounts of data. These activities may cause network congestion and can negatively impact the quality of service that other subscribers will experience. myBro fulfils a service level that is based on equitable share of network resources among all of its customers. Thus, the service level and/or connectivity to users of peer-to-peer and machine-to-machine software/applications is modulated to ensure that all customers get the best fixed wireless Internet experience.
    Upon reaching the optimum volume allocation for a single user, the subscriber will still be able to enjoy unlimited access to the Internet, but at a lower speed. This was implemented to manage overall internet usage and to ensure that all myBro subscribers can enjoy satisfactory internet service.
    Ensuring Fair Usage For All. myBro intends to preserve the integrity of the network in order to provide all customers with high quality fixed wireless Internet services. myBro reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to customers whose practices or use of the internet far exceeds that of a personal consumer and, as a result, impairs the quality of service that other customers experience. myBro also reserves the right to modify the Fair Usage Policy without immediate notice in order to maintain the integrity of its network services.

    karon pa ko gitawagan sa costumer rep, nag implement na daw ang SmartBro sa FUP.. Kalit lang nag hinay ang speed nako ba...

    Nag implement nana sila ana run kay Para ma limit ang user sa pag download per month. Daghan reklamo ana run. I dont know if unsay pamaagi sa NTC ana..

    Follow lang ko ani TS pra ma update ko kay plan ko magpa connect unta smartbro canopy kaso kuyawan ko anang limit limit, update nya mo dire unsay dagan anang limitahan sa pg DL. thanks

    hala ni parehas na diay sila sa globe? batia na gud... payts ra unta biya ang connection sa smart...

    Bag-o ra ko nanawag sa ilang "tech support", karon ra sad ko nakahibaw nga nag implement na diay sila ug data caps. Ang pait pa jud ani di pa jud sila proactive sa pag inform sa ilang customer base--no email, no call, wala jud. Pagtawag nako ganina di gani sila kahatag sa supposed cap--unsaon man nako pag regulate sa net usage kung wa ko kahibaw unsa'y limit?

    Mao ra unta ni rason nganong smart gihapon mi hantod karon (~5 years na mi sa service). Mura'g sign man guro ni, panahon na para mubalhin ug lain.

    Mga sir, naa ta to work around, kadto bitaw e reset daw imo mac address or usbon then adto ka sa portal nya login pero murag nasakpan naman nila nya di na daw mo work. Ang ilang ingon kay kung gusto daw ka walay Cap limit kay mubalhin ka og Wimax or DSL.
    ang Maximum sa wimax kay upto 1mbps (outdoor nga wimax ni) same price 999.
    Okay ra siguro ang kanang giingon ninyo nga 1.8k basta kosog2x sa 999 og walay cap limit. Pero wala man ni gi offer sa taga smart pag panawag nako nila, so I assume na wala ning 1.8K nga account nila. Paita sad aning PLDT oe kita ra jud tawon mga uyamot ang gi daog2x, unta wala man na sa atong contrata ug kana nga rason baliwala ra jud nila. Unsaon man nato pag protesta ani? mana ko nag sign sa change.org pero murag baliwala ra jud sa mga kogtong nga dako.
