Just wanted to get your opinion on what I should do next.
Nag-order ko ug replacement LCD sa akong Note 2 last Apr 10, 2013 sa Junrex Ayala branch. (accredited service center man daw cla sa Samsung). Ang gihatag nila nga "estimate" for delivery kay April 26 but until now, wala pa ghpn ang replacement. ang naka-pait pa kay dli gyud cla muhatag ug exact date, la gyud klaro... in fairness to them, nag warn sila beforehand nga estimate ra daw tong April 26, but akong kahadlokan basin wala gyud nila gi order akong unit. Gipakita ko nila sa lista sa ilang gipang "order" daw but naka Excel ra man. wala man lang receipt, or any official document to prove nga na place na jud akong order....
I asked for a refund pero ingon nila nga it takes 3-5 business days pa daw. And dli pa gyud assured nga makuha ang refund kay pde i-deny nila..
As consumers, is there any law that protects us from delayed delivery of products ordered? Anyone out there who can offer legal advice? Thanks
