    Daghan man og factors, pero I think the two most important lang when talking about energy levels are: 1.) Did you sleep enough during the night, 2.) Did you eat enough the day before.

    If you answered no to either, I'm guessing mao na problem. Try to sleep well, and eat well the day before.

    For me lang ha, wa dyud ko ni tuo anang maka pa hyper ang fasted state till I tried(credits to Xeno). Pre-workout nutrition for me is more of a want rather than a need. Is it nice to take a pre-workout meal? Yes. Do you need it? Not really.

    It's all in the head sir. Placebo effect. These days I do 14-20 hours fasted training and it doesn't affect my performance

    slept well jud and ate well... since this usually happens on a sunday, so after day off, nka tug ug nka kaon jud ko maau any time between 6-9pm saturday night... pw meal lang jud no pw sups kay di ko ka afford ana, so mao na it just does not work out for me...so its ok guys its me whahaha

    wala kay angay mag IF2x boss nzo oie, u definitely need much food sa demand sa imong workouts, dugay kaau ka mahuman!!hehehe. hinoun, nothing's special man pud with IF, it all goes down to the basic idea gihapon sa nutrition, macros, calories, and etc... ang IF para naku is just a nutritional approach, dili cya pasabot pud nga "this is the only way gyud sa diet"...simply a way of convenient meal timing. if u can eat every 2-3 hours so why not? dipud bya lalim ang IF, for example in one sitting, mukaon ka ug 1500 calories or more...kami aning mga gagmay ug kaon maglisud pud ug fit sa calories oie!hehehe

    Wahahaha, I've done my first IF. Sad to say, igo man nuon ko'g hilanat after. Tihaya for two days oi, napasmo guro, wihehehe.

    Well, etry japon nako ning IF in the next few days. Wa pa jud natagam, wihehee.

    post nya pud sako fat loss journey. . . . i started my fat loss nd lifting weights + diet last nov.12, 2012. . . i was 274.3lbs pg.abot nako dri sa kingdom. . .

    Pwede pa advise.
    21 yrs old ko, and my chest is not that developed pa jud and I have a little pouch diri sa tummy nako.
    May pagka chubby ko sa gamay pako gud then ni-niwang pag HS and College.
    Unsa nga mga simple workouts/exercise ang pwede ra mabuhat sa balay and ang diet pud?
    I'm not aiming for the perfect body [abs/muscles etc], ang ako lang is ma tone gamay akong body with some muscles especially sa biceps. I look so gangly man gud with my 5'8 height lol.
