if you unroot your GSIII, you will remove the Superuser capabilities of your phone.
now if your unrooting because you want to claim warranty, then im sorry to tell you, that it is not a 100% guarantee.
some phone models keep records deep on their software of how many times they were tampered.

Luckily, some people who have already unrooted their GSIII reports that you can go back to "complete stock".
