    Hahay.. 1 week na since sa akong call simulation. Wala gihapon ko tawagi. If ugma wala gani gihapon, muadto najud kos recruitment center ig Monday. Binuang mani dugay kaau ang recruitment process ui. Nahuman naman unta ko tanan, validation nalang kulang.

    Brad depende gyud na sa imo account.. If Telstra dapat gyud nmo tarungon imo call simulation kay strikta kaau ang HR ana and if dle ka madawat kay fail ka call sim you have the choice if mu dawat ka sa ilang re profiling... The case is that ma balhin ay AT&T UVB mao na ang ka abtan sa ubn..all I can say gyud is that its really nice.. if maka sell ka naa kay incentives ON THE SPOT.. and dle sad kaau queuing and y... TP over-all is good sa BPO industry.. exact ilang payroll metrics and daghan ug internal opportunities.. kugi lang gyud nya all your hardwork will be paid off.. XD.. enjoy sa TP.. XD

    Ako kay wala man ko kapasar call sim pag account validation pero they asked me if ok ba e profile ko sa lain account pero wala ko nisugot ni ana ko nga telstra rajud ko. After a week gtawagan ko for an0ther account validation nya dili na call sim and got hired and still with telstra but the lob is technical support which is easy ra daw. Hehehe. Same rasad nahappen sa ako ka wavemates wala cla kapasar call sim. I think ang call sim is for the billing account and thank god i was not profiled to billing. Hehehe.

    3rd week na karon since sa ako pag apply. Wala gihapon tawag. Bcn mubalik ko TP today or ugma pra klaruhun. Kung dli ko nla dawaton, ila nlng unta ko ingnan.

    BigPond Technical diay imo brad? sayang.. I came from Sykes before.. TSR ko before pero gi profile ko as a CSR sa billing sa Telstra...

    kaubo ko sa mga inquiries about billing and building 'rapport' with the customers...... something that I'm not really used to when and if your a TSR jud.... (if you know what I mean)

    Unfortunately, wala ko nadawat. I failed the call simulation. Ang feedback sa nag conduct sa akong call sim? I always use the word "bucks'' instead of ''dollars''. But sa ako tanaw I did pretty well jd sa akong call sim apart from that. Sayang kaayo. Tungud lang sa wrong choice of a word, impacting na kaau. Tsk2. Ila pud unta tanawn ang potential sa applicant ui. I mean, naa pa man untay training para ma-master jd sa agent unsa iya buhaton.
