nop.. wala nako gi update bro.. gabii pag uli nako,. ni kalit lang sya ug no sim installed.. tried to troubleshoot it by restart, airplane mode, dial 112, airplane mode but still same error.. tried to use another globe sim but still same error.. tried to use smart since 4s is smart locked, was able to connect to smart carrier.. any other ideas? tan.aw nako gubaon ni ako gevey.. ='(
