You can download the RoadGuide Philippines demo map which doesn't have routing so you can have cebu map on your Nuvi. If you want the full contributors version with routing, you'd have to contribute waypoints that aren't part yet of the demo map.

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us
I still believe devices nga stand alone for a specific purpose are more robust than a device that does a lot of other things

ingon ani - on the road navigator and marine chartplotter

    https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/on-t...prod14898.html

anyway, katong parehas nako still saving for that perfect Garmin navigator/chartplotter

    here are the alternatives

for Garmin City Navigator NT - https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/maps...4-c496-p1.html

    - Nroute or Garmin mobile PC (both software discontinued) ( older version of Garmin Mobile PC is also compatible w/ the now also discontinued Garmin G1 Bluecharts)

For Garmin Bluecharts G2 and Bluecharts G2 Vision - https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/maps.../prod9618.html

    - Garmin Nroute (software discontinued)

    clarification on my post above
software discontinued doesn't mean you can no longer download and use it. It's just that Garmin no longer supports it.
You can still download Garmin Mobile PC and Nroute from the many available sources in the Internet.
And you can still use it w/ the latest Garmin maps and charts.
