Default Deals from canada and u.s. Business idea

    Hi Istoryans,

I'm just brainstorming in regards to starting a business and would appreciate your feedbacks and comments I am currently in Canada and was thinking of selling any items on sale that I could find here mostly electronics. I will be sending it through a balikbayan box and sell it in Cebu by creating a website where I can post the items that I will be selling.

I can also shop from the U.S. as I live near the border. Do you think it would be a good idea? There are no knock offs or imitations here but the only issue I find is that most products are made in china, even apple producst (iphones and macs)

I am pretty aware that we Filipinos are fond of imported products but tend to avoid "made in china" products The irony is most products here are no longer made in the US or Canada

Mao jud na ang irony of this...
Ang ako ra ika-suggest Bro Walter is that you do a PRE-ORDER offer in the B&S or in your own website.
Syempre, i-disclose lang jud nga though orig jud, MIC ang mga products.

Bag-o ra ko nakapalit og coach nga tri-color type from US.
Gipa-handcarry ra nako sa ako kauban sa balay.
Orig jud noon siya, pero mao lang na.... m.i.c. man.

Thanks sa Feedback Jackdi. Mao pud na ako na huna-hunaan. I could post the websites nga kung asa ang customers ka order dinhi sa U.S. ug Canada. I can order it for them then mo mark-up ra ko. This would work for pre-orders pero usahay naa one-day sale ug clearance dinhi nga dagko kaayo ang discount. In this case, dili mo work ang pre-order. I have to take the risk nga paliton nako then ibaligya nako later sa akong website.

Daghan kaayo name brand (coach, ninewest, etc) nga bags dinhi sa US (mostly sa Ross nga outlet) nga i-mark down. Original pero made in China.

I was also thinking of maybe partnering up with a store dinha. For example sa the maze in Ayala or salad dressing sa SM (not sure if naa pa na SM karon). For electronics, ang problema ang warranty kay naa dinhi. Pero hinuon sad wala man pud kaayo warranty kasagaran electronics sa Pinas.
